At OZNutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
The product must be in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used food supplements.
Products with broken safety seals.
Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during delivery,
Faulty,
Incorrect, or
Missing from your order,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs to assist with the assessment.

Once confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion:

A replacement,
A full refund, or
A store credit.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return eligible unopened products within 30 days. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
